Manage sharing your point of view with your person(s) and with a therapist
Pair with Your Person Instructions
You can (attempt to) Pair with any of your Persons.
Paired Share-to-Compare Collaboration: These are the persons you are paired with. Click “View Shared Results” to see your shared results, so you can compare both of your points of view. You can cancel this Pairing at any time.
Request Pairing: To request to Pair with any of your Persons, simply enter their email address. Your Person will receive an email notifying them of the Pair request with instructions on how to complete the Pairing, which will require your Person to log into Relationship Workout with a Pro subscription and enter your email address to accept the Pair request.
Pair Requests For You: These are the requests to you for pairing. Choose to accept or cancel the request. You will need to enter the email address your Person uses on Relationship Workout, as well as click the box aligned with which person this is in your list of Persons.
Rejected Pair Requests: These are your Pair requests that were not accepted.
Canceled Pair Requests: These are your Pair requests that were canceled.
Pair with a Therapist Instructions
Your Therapist must request a Pairing with you as an individual or both you and your Person as a Couple. If you’d like your Therapist to be able to view some of your Relationship Workout information, please ask that person directly to make the Pairing request.
Individual and/or Couples Therapy Invitations: These are your invitations to collaborate in Therapy as an individual and/or as a couple. You will need to enter the email address for the Therapist who has requested the collaboration to accept.
Active Individual Therapy Collaboration: Here you can view all Therapists you have accepted to Pair and Share your individual Relationship Workout information. You can cancel at any time.
Active Couples Therapy: Here you can view all Therapists you have accepted to Pair and Share your Relationship Workout information as a couple. You can cancel at any time.
