How Good is Your Relationship?

This summary is based on your Stage 1: Overall Fitness Assessment

If you’ve been in a dating or committed relationship for a while, it’s worth taking an honest look at how strong it really is—and what you can do to make it better.

This is where the Relationship Workout Program comes in. You start with the Stage 1: Overall Fitness Assessment, which provides a baseline grade that feeds into Stage 2: Focus Core Assessment.

The baseline grade is generated using a proprietary algorithm that factors in your comfort with the level of drama or conflict, how often issues get resolved, and how you think and feel about the relationship overall.

We also provide a snapshot of how you think and feel about your relationship, based on your responses in the Stage 1: Overall Fitness Assessment. Your results are summarized into one of five categories:

  • Weak: The relationship needs serious attention. Key areas may feel strained or disconnected.
  • Weak to Average: Some challenges are present, but there’s a degree of stability. There’s potential to build on.
  • Average: The relationship feels steady, though not quite thriving. A solid foundation with room to grow.
  • Average to Strong: Generally strong, with a few areas that could be improved. Positive momentum is building.
  • Strong: The relationship feels healthy, solid, and fulfilling for both partners.
