Step 1: Select Your Person
Start by selecting at least one person you’re dating or in a relationship with. You have the option to add multiple relationship, for instance if you date multiple people over time.
From your Relationship Gym, click the tile that says: “Your Person” which will take you to “Select a Person”.

From your Select a Person, add in the first and last name of your Person, choose a pronoun and click the “Go Back” button to return to the Relationship Gym

Step 2: Add your Expectations
Any misalignment in must-have expectations can be the source of considerable drama in any relationship.
From your Relationship Gym, click the tile that says: “Your Expectations” which will take you to “Compare Expectations”.

From Compare Expectations, complete both the “Needs & Wants Exercise” and the “Passions & Convictions Exercise.”

Step 3: Complete the Relationship Workout Program
By completing the Relationship Workout Program, you will be provided insights on specific actions you can take to improve the quality of your relationship.
From your Relationship Gym, click the tile that says: “Stage 1: Assess Overall Fitness.”

While in Stage 1: Assess Overall Fitness, complete all five steps. This should take less than 10 minutes.
When all five steps are completed, you can select “Review Grade” to view an overall baseline grade for your relationship. You can also view “Analytically Speaking” and “Emotionally Speaking” to gain insights to how your relationship’s baseline grade was determined.

Next, from your Relationship Gym, click the tile that says: “Stage 2: Focus Core Assessment.”
The Focus Core Assessment takes input from the Overall Assessment to recommend additional core areas for further assessment, such as Chemistry, Emotional Availability, Kindness and Communications.

While in Stage 2: Focus Core Assessment, complete the additional exercises highlighted in yellow, orange or red. It is optional to complete core areas highlighted as green. The more core areas you complete, the more accurate your Stage 3 recommendations will be.
Depending on how many core areas you complete, this should take approximately 20 to 45 minutes to complete.

Next, from your Relationship Gym, click the tile that says: “Stage 3: Get Recommendations” which will provide suggested insights on specific actions you can take to reduce drama and improve the quality of your relationship.

From Stage 3: Get Recommendations, select the number of insights you’d like to receive for both yourself and your Person (based on your point of view).
It is suggested you select 1 to 3 of insights that you plan to focus on to help improve how you show up in your relationship. Ideally, you share these with your Person and you both agree on what you will focus on, showing your Person you truly care about being the best partner you can be.
All core areas also have a button to view the aligned Master Class lesson. Take the next step and complete the core lesson and earn a Core Relationship Badge, further showing your Person you care about your relationship.
